Embracing Transformational Forgiveness

 In my early years, I used to hold grudges and find it difficult to forgive those who wronged me. Whether it was a friend's betrayal or a colleague's dishonesty, I would cling to the hurt and anger, waiting for an apology or some form of restitution. This constant cycle of resentment took a toll on my emotional well-being and strained my relationships with others. Then, one day, I stumbled upon the concept of transformational forgiveness while reading Jay Shetty's "How to Think Like A Monk." It struck a chord deep within me and sparked a desire to change my perspective on forgiveness.
